At Nemartelio, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
We’ve extended your time to make returns during the holiday shopping season. Items purchased between November 15, 2025 and December 15, 2025 are eligible to be returned for a refund until January 15, 2026, other than CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel and shoes, which are subject to their own special holiday return policy. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to items purchased on or after December 16, 2025.
CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel and shoes purchased between November 23, 2025 and December 25, 2025 can be returned until January 8, 2026. CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel and shoes otherwise remain eligible to be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

Effective November 10, 2025, returns will no longer be accepted at USPS drop-off locations. Returns may be dropped off at any authorized FedEx location, including many Walgreens and Staples stores.

The card can be used for store, online, and catalog purchases from Nemartelio, Horchow, Last Call and Bergdorf Goodman. For gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check instead of a gift card in compliance with federal law.
